Intake Evaluation

During the intake evaluation, we will get to know you and learn about the concerns that prompted your visit.  We will also ask a series of diagnostic questions so that we can clarify diagnosis and identify the most appropriate treatment for your care. We will also begin to identify goals for treatment.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions will utilize evidence based treatments to help move you in the direction of your values and goals.  We typically begin meeting 1x/week and space out sessions as treatment progresses.​

A Few Notes About Insurance

• We are thrilled to report that Flourish Mental Health PLLC is now in-network with Aetna!

• Flourish is currently in-network with the State Health Plan and is a part of the Clear Pricing Project, so the co-pay is $0!  We are excited to report that this will remain true when the State Health Plan moves to Aetna in 2025.

• Flourish Mental Health, PLLC is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).  This includes the Blue Cross State Health Plan and PPO Plans (it does not include Blue Home or Blue Value).  

• If we are not in-network with your insurance, that doesn't mean we can't work together!  Many insurance companies have out-of-network coverage for mental health services that are equal to or slightly less than in-network coverage.  However, Flourish cannot legally or operationally provide clients with information about eligibility for, or the process of, applying for out of network coverage or reimbursement. These issues are entirely governed by the patient’s insurance or third-party payor policies and procedures

• In keeping with the No Surprise Act, individuals who do not have insurance or have insurance and do not plan to file for coverage, are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate.  The Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of the cost of services for one year and will be provided to you before treatment begins.  Additionally, if services exceed that estimate by $400, you have the right to dispute them.
